đź’Ą Explode the Reactor

You’re the villain. You don’t stop disasters… you make sure they happen. Survive a maze, outsmart sabotage, and let the countdown hit zero.

300s until meltdown Maze exploration Repair to destroy
Story

You spawn inside a maze with one goal: make the reactor explode. The reactor is set to blow in 300 seconds… but rogue robots are sabotaging the computers controlling the countdown. If too many systems go down, the whole plan stalls.

How it works
  • The reactor detonates when the countdown finishes.
  • Robots sabotage the computers that control the timer.
  • If 3 or more computers are sabotaged, the countdown pauses.
  • Your job: restore the computers so the reactor can keep ticking toward doom.
Twist: You’re the bad guy — repairing systems is how you guarantee the explosion.
Controls
  • Move: W A S D
  • Repair: press E near a computer
Rules
  • Explore the maze to find sabotaged computers.
  • You can meet robots… but you can’t attack them.
  • Sometimes robots will block your path — that’s your chance to slip by.
Goal

Keep the systems online long enough to reach 00:00.

Find the computers. Undo the sabotage. Let it blow.

You’re not here to save the day — you’re here to end it. đź’Ł

Phew, that wasn’t that easy!

A fun game with a maze that requires exploration and memorization. It was interesting to figure out.

The monotony and single-color nature of all the walls is a bit confusing. I think adding simple textures would make it a little easier to feel the movement.

You could also use different colors in the zones so that you could remember their relative positions.

I think small things that help create a mental map of the maze inside the player’s head could improve the gaming experience.

For example, adding some pillars, corridors, maybe some simple sculptures. So that the player could think, “Hey, that’s that room with the pyramid sculpture on the column. I think I know where I am and there was a computer nearby,” something like that.

To complete the game, I only needed to remember a part of the maze and the locations of three computers. Perhaps there would be some gameplay incentive to encourage the player to explore the entire maze.

Overall, I liked it.

Thank you for your review ! Glad you liked it, and actually you got a point, this reminds me of the movie "The Maze Runner"

I wasn’t able to get the sense of the game because I was not able to turn around lol. The music was overly aggressive IMO

Hey,

Nice Game! Just the mouse sensitivity is rly low but nice game overall!
